FAQ’s
What is a Virtual Assistant/VA?
A Virtual Assistant (VA) is the same as an in-house administrative assistant that works remotely from their own home office.
What can a VA do for me and my business?
The possibilities are endless, but some tasks that you can outsource are:
– Data entry
– Email/calendar management
– Database management
– Basic graphic design (Canva)
– Presentation/document editing
And many more!
What are the benefits of hiring a VA over employing an in-house assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is paid only for the work you need done. You don’t pay a salary, superannuation or tax. You don’t need to provide training or equipment either as a VA is already setup with their own home office and equipment.
How are my business details protected?
I have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance that covers me and my clients work. There are many systems I use that keep your details safe including Last Pass to keep passwords protected.
How do I pay you?
There are 2 ways you can do business with me. You can purchase a block of hours to be used over a 1 month period, this would be paid upfront before work commences. The other option is to pay for work as you go, this would be charged at an hourly rate. I invoice fortnightly for the previous 2 weeks work, and payment is due within 7 business days of receiving the invoice. Payment is via direct bank deposit.
